Nice to know
The World Congress will take place at Swiss Life Arena, which opened just last year. As the World Congress hub, the impressive multifunctional building offers everything we could wish for:
- Easy to reach by public transportation
- State-of-the-art media and event technology: top-notch tech, for example 360° LED technology for the opening ceremony and the gala evening
- First-class infrastructure: in addition to the latest facilities, there is also a restaurant in the arena
- 70,000 m2 for us to use for events, trainings, the tradeshow, and more

How does the ticketing process actually work?
I bought my World Congress ticket through Eventfrog.ch!
You received your World Congress ticket directly via email upon booking; it’s stored in your Eventfrog account. The program will be added to our website and from there, you can access Eventfrog through the booking links. All events can be booked using a code we provide by e-mail or info-channel. The events you book will be visible in your Eventfrog account.
I purchased my World Congress ticket through JVC or a group booking!
You received an Eventfrog World Congress ticket as a PDF download via email. The program will be added to our website and from there, you can access Eventfrog through the booking links. All events can be booked using a code we provide by e-mail or info-channel. You must create an account during the process of your first Eventfrog booking. The events you book will be visible in your Eventfrog account. However, the World Congress ticket that you received as a download via email will NOT be visible in your Eventfrog account! You must either print the PDF or have it on your smartphone.

The following cancellation terms apply to program items for which a fee is charged:
If an event is canceled by us, for example because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, you will automatically be refunded the amount paid minus the Eventfrog fee of 3.9% (plus CHF 0.69) to the means of payment you have used.
The World Congress should be as relaxed as possible for everyone.
Nevertheless, there are some deadlines to be respected: For some program points, there is a minimum number of participants. If this is not reached by the given deadline, the program item will be canceled.
The Farewell Night is included in the congress ticket. Please note that you still have to register. This is possible until 14/11/2023.
