If you need a confirmation letter that you are attending the JCI World Congress, please contact us directly via visa@jci-wc23.ch and provide the following information.
- payment confirmation of your ticket to the world congress (mandatory*)
- address, city, country
- phone number
- email address
- date of birth
In case you are travelling with a relative or a person accompagnying you who will not attend the congress, but needs a visa, please mention this clearly in your email and provide all the required personal information of this person.
*In case your visa request is denied, you will receive a refund of your ticket price, minus transaction fee. Please note the deadlines to receive a refund on JVC.com.
